| 摘 要： | 针对系统集成项目信息无法及时掌握的问题,不确定性因素较多的特点,提出了一种基于风险控制的工程项目管理模式。通过对项目风险进行分类、分析、应对和监控,将项目风险尽可能控制在可管理的水平,从而使项目得到成功实施。案例应用研究表明该管理模式是合理有效的。

| Abstract: | As there are too many uncertain factor in system integration project,and the information can not be controlled in time,so an risk control based project management mode is proposed..The risk will be controlled by the project risk classification,analysis,responding and monitoring,and the project would be implied successfully.This mode is effective and reasonable through case researching. |
