| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国社会组织在社会主义现代化建设中发挥着越来越重要的作用,成为政府管理社会发展的不可替代的好帮手.但是,我国部分社会组织还存在无序发展的现象,比如说社会组织地区分布不均和发展不同步、内部制度和专业人才队伍建设的不完善、政府对社会组织发展的政策不及时等,对这一现状,文章试图通过讨论无序发展的表现,分析原因,找出能够促进当前社会组织有序发展的方法,并对我国未来社会组织的有序发展做出展望.

| Abstract: | In recent years, the social organization is playing an increasingly important role in China＇ s construction of social- ist modernization which becomes an indispensable good helper in the social progress of government management. However, some parts of the social organizations of our country have the phenomenon of disorderly development, such as the asyn- chronous development and uneven distribution of social organization and region as well as the imperfect internal system and professional talent team construction. What＇ s more, the government policies of the development of social organizations are not timely, too. To the above situations, this article tries to discuss the performance of the disorderly development, aiming to analyze the reason so that we can find out methods to promote the development of current society organizations, and make expectation on the future development of social organizations in our country. |
