| 摘 要： | 二战之后的日本,以技术引进促进自主研发,在短短二十几年之中迅速赶超了英美。这在很大程度上应归功于日本改进了在明治时期就建立起来的产官学联合一体的技术引进体系。在引进过程当中,无论是对技术的筛选、技术与企业的配对、技术的消化吸收、后续研发、人才培养方面,严密的产官学联合体制都发挥了至关重要的作用。

| Abstract: | After World War II,Japan quickly caught up with and surpassed Anglo-American countries in a short time of less than 30 years,by adopting the strategy of accelerating self RD with technology introduction.This success was greatly ascribed to the fact that the Japanese government had the sole advantage to follow and develop the technology introduction system founded as early as Meiji era based on University-Government-Industry Cooperation.During the technology introduction,the strict system of University-Government-Industry Cooperation played a very important role in the selection of technology,the matching of the technology and the enterprise,the absorption of the technology,the subsequent RD and the cultivation of talents. |
