Abstract:Carbon dioxide capture, utilization and storage (CCUS), an emerging technology, is widely considered as one of the key technologies to address global climate change and to control greenhouse gas emissions. As a result, we should actively promote the development and the demonstration of CCUS technology in China, and launch relative laws and regulations of clear rights and responsibilities.
