| 摘 要： | 为了更好地对结构复杂、覆盖面积广的配电网络进行管理，供电公司建立一个基于GIS Arcinfo平台的配电网管理信息系统非常必要。为此，本文详细介绍了该系统的目标、配置、结构及技术特点，同时提出了在系统建设中应当注意的关键技术问题。
