电阻点焊微机控制系统的研制

摘    要:本文设计中以8031最小系统为系统的控制核心对电路进行控制。电路中包含有7279显示电路、键盘电路、控制电路等电路,能实现对焊接的四个过程(预压、焊接、保持、停止)的时间、设定和运行,电路中有过零保护功能,并且当焊接温度高于设置的温度时温度采集电路会把温度传输给单片机,当温度高于预设温度时,单片机会发出信号使焊接电路停止运行并进行报警,达到对焊接的控制,设计的多点温度采集系统上位机程序虽结构简单但实用性强,且具有较强的抗干扰能力,基本上实现了电阻点焊的要求,可靠性高。本系统经过初步运行、调试,性能良好,具有应用和推广价值。

Research of Resistance Spot Welding of the Microcomputer Control System
Abstract:This paper introduced 8031 the minimum system design for the system control circuit control of core.Circuit are included in the 7279 show circuit,the keyboard circuit,control circuit circuits,etc,can realize the four of the welding process,welding(preloading,keep,stop) the time set and operation,circuit had zero protection function,and when the welding temperature is higher than the set temperature temperature when the temperature acquisition circuit will transfer to a single-chip microcomputer,when the temperature is higher than the preset temperature,microcontroller send out a signal that welding circuit to stop running and the police,to the control of the welding,This design more temperature gathering system PC procedure is simple in structure but practical strong,and has strong anti-jamming ability,basically realized the requirements of resistance spot,and high reliability.This system has been preliminary operation,commissioning,the performance good,has the application and dissemination value.
