| 摘 要： | 电力科学技术档案（简称科技档案,下同）是电力企业在电力建设、生产、科研、管理等工作中直接形成的具有保存价值的科技文件。作为电力生产活动的原始记录,它是广大员工辛勤劳动的结晶,也是电力企业的宝贵财富,对持续稳定地进行安全生产具有非常重要的参考、借鉴及凭证作用。电厂在＂一厂多地＂生产管理模式下,如何克服生产区域的多地化,生产经营方式的多样化,如何促进安全生产运行管理水平再上新台阶,这对电厂科技档案管理的多元化,提出了新的更高要求。如何充分利用科技档案更好地为＂一厂多地＂的安全生产服务,现在就＂一厂多地＂洪门区域水电站的科技档案管理工作的体会,浅谈一些看法。

| Abstract: | The archives of electronic science and technology are the files having preserving values that are produced during the activities of power construction,production,science research and management.As the original records,the archives are the crystallization of hard work and the precious wealth of the electric power enterprise.The archives have important roles about safety in production.The hydropower station locates different situations which brings difficulties about archives management.The article discusses the methods of archives management so that the archives can service for safety production. |
