| 摘 要： | 虚拟经济的过度膨胀会引发经济泡沫,而我国房地产市场存在泡沫是不争的事实。本文从分析虚拟经济的概念与特点入手,分析了虚拟经济偏离对我国房地产市场泡沫的影响分析,并以日本虚拟经济偏离产生的房地产泡沫实例进一步阐述虚拟经济偏离对房地产市场泡沫的影响。由于经济泡沫的存在,实体经济对虚拟经济影响趋弱,且虚拟经济对宏观经济政策反应迟钝,甚至逆势而上。这些反常表现说明中国经济的发展隐藏巨大的隐患,不及时制止有发生经济危机的可能。日本上个世纪末房地产市场崩溃导致经济的衰退与低迷则是前车之鉴。
