| 摘 要： | 通过产业基地集群化发展实现规模经济,从而发挥成本比较优势,促进产业和专业市场的联合联动发展,提升核心竞争力。国家战略的区域性发展规划《鄱阳湖生态经济区规划》的实施,为江西经济的发展创造了重大历史机遇。江西纺织产业基地建设依托四大产业基地,紧密围绕环鄱阳湖生态经济区的发展,利用各地市县的良好区位优势,实施区域品牌带动产业发展、培育生态纺织工业园的发展战略。
