| 摘 要： | 目前许多的图书馆已将服务的重点转移到数字参考咨询服务上。本文探讨数字参考咨询服务在发展过程中的特点,指出了我国图书馆数字参考服务中存在的问题,并提出了加强图书馆数字参考服务应采取的措施。
