| 摘 要： | 江西中小企业信息化建设过程中存在着很多问题,如企业信息化建设投入不足、信息化人才匾乏、员工信息素质不高等现状。为了加快江西中小企业信息化建设步伐、积极面对社会经济发展所带来的挑战。一方面,江西省政府要积极开展重点区域试点,完善信息化服务体系,开展中小企业信息化评估。另一方面,江西中小企业要从自身着手,开展企业培训、提供员工信息素养,建立专门的信息资源管理机构和管理队伍,重组中小企业业务流程,建立管理信息系统,制定中小企业信息化绩效评估标准。

| Abstract: | The status of informatization on SME of Jiangxi is inadequate investment in informatization Construction, Lacking of informatization Talent and that Employee information quality is not high. In order to accelerate the pace of information technology of the SME in Jiangxi Province, to face social and economic development challenges. On the one hand, Jiangxi Provincial Government should actively to carry out pilot enterprises, to improve the information service system and develop SME in information technology assessment. On the other hand, On the other hand, The SME of Jiangxi should to conduct training, provide employee information literacy, establishment of specialized information resource management agencies and management team, restructuring of SME business processes, management information systems, performance evaluation information to develop standards for SME. |
