| 摘 要： | 省市级科研机构一直沿用的传统人事管理模式已不能适应新形势下人事工作的发展要求,由传统人事管理向现代人力资源管理转变的过程中,亟待探索符合当前省市级科研院所人力资源管理特点的工作模式,加强科研院所人力资源信息化内部环境建设,明确人力资源管理内涵,梳理工作流程,使传统的人事手工管理工作逐步被数字化、规范化、集成化的人力资源管理所取代。
