摘    要:在二十世纪,制度化管理以其科学和理性的特点成为至高无上的逻辑而风靡一时。随着人类社会的进步,管理理论和实践的不断发展,管理对象的文化水平和素质的提高,制度化管理愈来愈满足不了管理要求。人性化管理开始逐渐兴起,人性化管理把人作为管理活动的核心.尊重人的本性,满足人的合理要求.激发人的热情.调动积极性,克服人性的弱点,使人发挥更大的创造性。

Abstract:In the 20th century, it was fashionable for a time that institutionalized management regarded its science and rational characteristic as the most lofty logic.With the progress of the human society , the constant development of the management theory and practice, the improvement of the target's educational level and quality , institutionalized manage can not manage and meet the management expectancy institutionalizedly more and more. Humanized management begins to rise gradually .Manage, the core of regarding people as management activity , respect people's natural instinct in humanization, meet people's rational demand, excite people's enthusiasm , arouse enthusiasm, overcome the weakness of the human nature , make people give play to greater creativity.
