| 摘 要： | 本文针对传感器在自动化系统中的重要性,指出了传感器故障诊断的必要性、可行性以及实现的基本方法。根据神经网络的原理与特点,阐述了RBF神经网络的基本理论和优点,提出了一种基于RBF神经网络用于传感器故障诊断的思路和方法。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the importance of sensor in the automation system, this paper pointed out that feasibility and necessity of fault detection diagnosis for sensor, and basic method of the realization. According to the principle and character of the neural network ,elaborate the basic theories advantages of the RBF neural network, put forward a kind of way of thinking and method used for fault detection diagnosis of sensor based on RBF neural network. |
