| 摘 要： | ADO(ActiveX Data Objects,ActiveX数据对象)是Microsoft为强大的数据访问接口OLEDB(Object Linking and Embedding DB,对象链接和嵌入数据库)而设计的,是一个便于使用的应用层的编程接口。使用ADO编写的应用程序可以通过OLEDB提供者访问数据库服务器中的数据。本文介绍了ADO开发模型MDAC 2.8(Microsoft Data Access Components),着重讨论了在Excel使用VBA(Visual Basic for Applications)编程语言,利用ADO技术开发的数据操纵工具的功能和特点。

| Abstract: | Microsoft ActiveX Data Objects (ADO) is a set of Component Object Model objects for accessing data sources. It provides a layer between programming languages and OLE DB (a means of accessing data stores, whether they be databases or otherwise, in a uniform manner), which allows a developer to write programs which access data, without knowing how the database is implemented. This paper introduced the Architecture of MDAC 2.8, developed a Data manipulate Tool(DMT) witch extended Excel functions, by directly access ADO object manipulate data using Visual Basic for Application language, and introduced the functions and advantages of the DMT tool. |
