| Abstract: | Analyse the the status quo of the video conference system for Jiangxi provincial meteorological bureau. It is necessary to build such a system for our bureau. According to the application of the system and combining the situation of Network, we set up the visual consultation operational system of Jiangxi province. Design the connecting mode and the meeting control of the syetem. |
