| 摘 要： | 在对我国图书馆立法的现状和问题进行分析的基础上,认为只要加强图书馆立法理论的研究,明确和澄清在图书馆立法内容和目的上的观念误区,充分研究数字化、网络化环境下图书馆立法面临的新问题,并以立法为契机,加强图书馆法制环境建设,做好立法组织和宣传工作,建立图书馆法制环境中反馈渠道和反馈机制,唤起社会各界对图书馆立法的重视,我国图书馆的国家立法有望在不远的将来问世。
