| 摘 要： | 目的/意义] 数字文化资源成为大数据时代最重要、最基础的战略性资源之一，被赋予了新的价值和新的应用需求，为了解决数字文化资源开发和应用中的问题，提出了基于科技与人文融合的数字文化治理体系的建设。方法/过程] 通过界定数字文化治理的内涵，分析数字文化治理的必要性，明确数字文化治理过程，从治理主体层面、数据层面、治理机制层面和治理技术层面4个层面架构了数字文化治理参考框架。结果/结论] 并从数字文化治理机制保障，多元主体需求保障和治理质量保障3个角度出发，提出了数字文化治理的策略，为数字文化资源的创新性开发和价值创造提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Purpose/Significance] Digital cultural resources have become one of the most important and basic strategic resources in the era of big data.They are endowed with new values and new application needs.In order to solve the problems in the development and application of digital cultural resources,the construction of digital cultural governance system based on the integration of science and technology and humanity is proposed.Method/Process] By defining the connotation of digital culture governance,analyzing the necessity of digital culture governance,and clarifying the process of digital culture governance,this paper constructed the reference framework of digital culture governance from four levels:governance subject level,data level,governance mechanism level and governance technology level.Result/Conclusion] From the perspective of the guarantee of digital culture governance mechanism,the guarantee of multi-agent demand and the guarantee of governance quality,this paper put forward the strategy of digital culture governance,which provided reference for the innovative development and value creation of digital culture resources. |
