| 摘 要： | 世界各国经济发展的经验告诉我们，自主创新是增强区域经济竞争力的根本途径。近些年来，尽管吉林省在自主创新方面取得了一些成就，但是同经济发展速度相比，同国内其他省份相比，自主创新的能力亟待提高。本文对涉及吉林省自主创新的几大要素——政府部门、科研院所和企业，进行了认真地实地调研，获取了关于吉林省自主创新现状和自主创新过程中存在问题的第一手资料，并针对这些问题提出了具体的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The world＇s economic development experience tells us that self- innovation is the fundamental way to enhance regional economic competitiveness. In recent years, although self- innovation in Jilin Province has made some achievements, but compared with the speed of economic development and other provinces at home, the self- innovation capacity is to be improved. In the paper, we conduct the on- the- spot survey seriously about the elements related with self- innovation in Jilin Province： government departments, research institutes and enterprises, and got first- hand information about status and problems of self- innovation in Jilin Province. At last, specific strategies were put forward. |
