| 摘 要： | 依据未来图书馆的发展趋势和用户需求,图书馆的用户服务呈现出八大发展趋势:公平服务、智能化服务、社会化服务、自助服务、合作服务、网络服务、移动服务和绿色服务。因此,这就要求我们图书馆采取多种途径深化服务内容,围绕"以人为本"进行服务创新,并要求我们图书馆工作人员力求成为数字策划图书馆员、数字技术图书馆员、教育型图书馆员、学习型图书馆员。
