| 摘 要： | 本文应用Innography ® 系统,采用专利地图技术,从多个角度较全面地剖析了国际海上风电技术专利的状况与竞争态势,经过对数据的客观分析得出了研究结论,并为我国相关企业的技术研发和自主创新提出了相应的专利对策与建议。
