| Abstract: | This paper made a statistical analysis on the sci-tech novelty search results finished by the institute of scientific and technical information of Shaanxi province during 2001-2007.The goal of this paper was to research on the status of scientific and technical development in Shaanxi province through the statistical data on the novelty search items;To proposed some measures to accelerate scientific and technical development of Shaanxi province. |
