中国科学院部分院士H指数分析

摘    要:目的:对我国科学院生物医学部部分院士(n=30)进行个人绩效评价,探索H指数与被引频次、篇均被引频次与科学家的关系,为研究计量学相关课题提供依据。方法:借助美国Thomson Scientific公司研发的Web of Science数据库,由"作者"及"地址"的检索途径分别检索出中国科学院部分院士在2000-2009年间所发表的文章,在此基础上计算出每位院士的H指数,将结果进行统计学分析。结果:我国科学院生物医学部30名院士的H指数2~31,中位数11;每人被引频次11~5693,中位数415;篇均被引次数1.38~16.89,中位数4~56。在所选取的30名样本中,有7位院士的H指数达到了赫什提出的"如果在从事科研工作20年后,H指数能达到20,就能够算的上是一名成功的科学家了"这一标准。结论:H指数与被引次数、篇均被引次数具有一定相关性。我国科研人员的H指数与世界著名科学家有一定差距,这可能与样本量较小、所选数据库有关,同时也与我国整体科研水平有关。

Abstract:Objective:This article was to take new evaluation on the part of Chinese Academy of Sciences(n=30)to personal performance evaluation,explored H index and total cited frequency,and the average citation quantity of the relationship between scientists,to study the metrology related topics.Methods:This paper used Web of Science databases which developed with American Thomson Scientific Corporation,by"author"and"address"the search channel retrieves Chinese Academy of Science partial academician separately the article which published during 2000-2009,based on this calculated each academician's H index,will carry on statistics analysis finally.Results:In 30 academicians,there were the H index of 2~31,median 11;the total cited frequency of 11~5693,median 415;the average citation quantity of 1.38~16.89,median 4.56.There were seven members of H index reached Hirsch's standard,or"If you are engaged in research work 20 years later,H index can reach 20,will be able to count on is a successful scientist"in the 30 samples.Conclusion:The data showed that the H index with total cited frequency and average citation quantity to have certain relevance.But overall,researchers in China and the world famous scientists still have the disparity for H index.Quotation frequency and the whole level of scientific research were to restrict Chinese scientists H index.
