| 摘 要： | 竞争情报是市场竞争激化和信息化高速发展的产物,不仅是企业战略决策的依据,也是图书馆服务的延伸与拓展。本文在回顾国内外竞争情报系统绩效评估研究基础上,从介绍竞争情报系统的内涵与功能入手,构建图书馆竞争情报系统,运用层次分析法对其进行绩效评估。

| Abstract: | Competitive Intelligence is the product of the intensification of market competition and the rapid development of information technology,not only is the basis of the corporate strategic decision-making,but also is the extension and expansion of library services.In this paper,we review the library competition home and abroad service research,and introduce competitive intelligence system and build the library competitive intelligence system.We also use the analytic hierarchy process for performance evaluation. |
