| 摘 要： | 针对政务微博发展的特点,将公众参与政务微博划分为2个层次,即关注层和互动层,结合TAM模型、动机理论、信任理论提出地方政务微博公众接受模型,对概念模型中的潜在变量进行操作化定义,构建其观察变量,并设计相应的调查问卷进行数据收集,并运用结构方程模型方法进行模型检验和实证研究,根据实证分析结果,提出了相应的建议。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of the development of government affairs micro-blog,the behavior of E-public service participation was divided into 2 levels,which were"attention level"and"interaction level".With reference to the TAM model,motivation theory and trust theory,an E-public participation model of government affairs micro-blog was proposed in the article.The observed variables of each latent variables of the model were given and the hypotheses of the model were tested based on structural equation model by the data from the questionnaire.Finally,some suggestions were given to increase the e-participation in government affairs micro-blog service on the basis of the empirical study's results. |
