| 摘 要： | 近年来,科技查新与科技咨询的重要性正在被各级科研管理机构和科技创新主体所认同,各类科技查新、咨询机构应运而生.如何对此类机构进行行为规范以及有效的宏观管理就成了各级管理部门所应着重考虑的问题.本文结合吉林省现有情况,针对如何建立科技查新行业管理体系提出了政府管理部门与各级科技查新机构共同参与的管理模式,并论述了该行业管理机构的组成及考核标准.

| Abstract: | The importance of Novelty and technology consulting is being recently recognized by scientific management agencies and technological innovation body at all levels,so all kinds of Novelty,advisory bodies came into being,how to conduct such institutions and exert effective macroeconomic management has became a fundamental point of management departments at all levels.According to Novelty industry management system construction,the paper,combined with the existing situation in Jilin Province,proposed one options,it is established by the Government Administration Section and novelty search organizations.The paper discussed the composition and assessment standards of the industry regulatory agencies. |
