摘    要:知识共享是虚拟科研团队创新能力提升的关键因素.构建团队承诺、信任、自我效能、结果预期、态度和知识共享行为关系模型,以高校、科研院所、企业单位参与虚拟科研项目的人员为对象,利用结构方程模型进行实证研究.研究结果表明:团队承诺、信任、自我效能、结果预期、态度对虚拟科研团队的知识共享行为有直接的正向影响;团队成员间的信任和自我效能对知识共享态度有正向影响,即信任和自我效能间接影响知识共享行为.


Empirical Research on Influencing Factors of Knowledge Sharing in Virtual Scientific Research Team

Abstract:Knowledge sharing is the key factor to enhance virtual team innovation capability.The paper constructed a relational model of team commitment,trust,self-efficacy,outcome expectations,attitudes and knowledge sharing behavior.Team members of scientific research team from colleges and universities,research institutes,enterprises were selected as research objects to have an empirical research using structural equation model.The results showed that the team commitment,trust,self-efficacy,outcome expectations,attitudes had direct positive influence on knowledge sharing behavior;Trust between team members and self-efficacy had a positive influence on knowledge sharing attitude,namely trust and self-efficacy indirectly affect the knowledge sharing behavior.
