| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着信息技术在俄罗斯的迅猛发展和广泛应用,俄罗斯信息化建设成效显著。本文介绍俄罗斯信息化建设的进程,在重点分析和总结俄罗斯信息化建设基本经验的基础上,结合我国信息化建设过程中存在的问题和不足,提出我国在信息化建设过程中要加强战略规划的制定,不断完善信息化法律法规,重视信息安全等意见和建议。
