| 摘 要： | 运用技术路线图的思想方法,分析区域科技发展规划的目标和需求,用科技发展路线图、领域发展路线图、产业技术路线图和技术研发路线图全面部署区域科技发展规划,并用规划后评估路线图评价规划的制定、执行和修正过程,提高规划的科学性、系统性和指导性。
