| 摘 要： | 经费短缺是各高校图书馆面临的共性问题， 如何充分利用有限经费，使其发挥最大效用，是各高校图书馆工作人员所共同关注和研究的问题。本文试图针对图书馆文献经费分配问题, 建立相应的数学模型，形成数学优化问题，并进一步转换为二阶锥约束优化问题。在此基础上，利用已有的内点方法求出数学解。最后将该方法用于我校图书馆近几年的经费预算中，证实了该方法的有效性。
