| 摘 要： | 本文针对当前的信息环境,提出数字图书馆建设应该以用户为中心,并从用户实际需求出发分析了数字图书馆的建设内容及其先后次序,然后以北京理工大学图书馆为例讨论了数字图书馆的建设步骤及实施方案。
