摘    要:咨询服务是咨询机构为咨询客户提供知识与智力支持的服务,其服务过程是知识转移的过程。本文阐述了咨询服务的特点,以及咨询服务与知识转移两者之间的关系;进而研究了咨询服务中知识转移的实现问题,包括知识转移的驱动、转移过程和转移途径等;在此基础上,探讨了咨询服务中知识转移的特点。

Abstract:Consulting service is a kind of service providing konwledge and intellectual supported by consulting organizations to clients,the service process of which is the process of knowledge transfer.This paper elucidated the characteristics of consulting service and the relationship between consulting service and knowledge transfer,and studied the achievement of knowledge transfer in consulting service,including the drive,transfer process and ways of knowledge transfer.On this basis,this paper probed into the characteristics of knowledge transfer in consulting service.
