| 摘 要： | 改革开放30年来,中国在知识产权领域取得了巨大成就,我国知识产权拥有量持续快速增长,越来越多的企业更加充分地认识到知识产权和品牌的重要性,专利、商标、版权等知识产权对经济发展的贡献作用日益显著。新时期实施国家知识产权战略,大力提升知识产权创造、运用、保护和管理能力,充分发挥知识产权在转变经济发展方式中的支撑引领作用,发挥知识产权保护创新成果、知识产权制度保障经济发展、知识产权有效提升企业核心竞争力、知识产权服务体系促进科技经济发展、知识产权文化有利于创新型国家建设等方面的作用,才能全力推动经济进入创新驱动、内生增长的可持续发展的轨道,实现经济社会又好又快发展。

| Abstract: | Since the 30 Years of Reform Opening Up,China has achieved significant achievements on intellectual property.The possession quantity of intellectual property is growing fast and sustainably,more and more enterprises recognize the importance of intellectual property and brand.Patent,trademark,copyright and other intellectual property play very important role in economy development.Charring out national intellectual property strategy during the new period will enhance the innovation,utilization,protection and management of intellectual property,and take leading effect on the transform of economy develop manner.Developing the function of intellectual property in innovation achievements protection,economy development ensuring,enterprises＇ competitiveness enhancement and innovative country construction,will promote the economy innovative development and sustainable growth,realize the sound and rapid development of the national economy. |
