| 摘 要： | 文章阐释了太极图的哲理内涵，指出了开放数据与数据安全政策协同的要点和客观要求；从宇宙全息统一论视角、对立统一的和谐论视角、生生不息的运动观视角阐释了太极哲理对开放数据与数据安全政策协同的启示；在此基础上，提出开放数据与数据安全政策协同的太极超循环演化过程。

| Abstract: | This article interpreted the Taiji philosophy,pointed out the essentials and objective requirements of the coordination between the open data and data security policies.From the perspectives of holographic unification of the universe,harmonious theory of unity of opposites,endless movement view,the paper interpreted the enlightenment of Taiji philosophy on the coordination between the open data and data security policies.Based on that,the hyper cycle evolution process of the coordination between the open data and data security policies in view of the Taiji philosophy was put forward. |
