| 摘 要： | 为帮助学界全面了解沉浸理论在信息系统领域的应用与发展，并为后续对该理论的研究与应用提供指导，本文对国内外信息系统领域内基于沉浸理论的相关研究成果进行检索和梳理，总结了研究取得的成果、问题以及未来的研究方向。研究发现：信息系统领域关于沉浸的研究主要集中在沉浸理论的量度指标、影响因素、对用户使用与购买行为的影响、对用户使用信息系统绩效的影响以及沉浸引发的互联网问题性使用这五个方面；研究中存在"沉浸的量度指标缺乏客观性"、"缺少对沉浸负面影响的关注"等问题；探索如何减少沉浸的负面影响以及新兴技术可能会对沉浸体验产生的影响等是未来值得关注的研究方向。

| Abstract: | In order to help the academic community to fully understand the application and development of flow theory in the field of information system and provide guidance for further research and application of the theory.This paper retrieved and sorted out relevant research about flow theory in the field of information system,summarized the research achievements,existing problems and future research directions worthy of attention.It found that the researches mainly focused on five aspects:the measurement indicators of flow,the influencing factors of flow,flow influence on users' use and purchase behavior,flow experience's impact on users' information system performance,and flow problematic internet use.There were some problems in existing researches,such as "The flow measure lacks objectivity","lack of attention to the negative impact of flow" and so on.Exploring how to reduce the negative effects of flow and the impact of emerging technologies on flow etc would be the future research directions. |
