高校图书馆中个体和组织知识活动的对比与研究

摘    要:本研究采用知识活动量表来评估个体隐性知识和组织知识。这项研究不仅从个体和组织两个层面探讨了知识型馆员的知识活动,而且从个体和组织层面上对来自高校图书馆馆员的经验数据进行了探索性和验证性因子分析。从个体和组织层面的量表显示出很高的可靠性和明显的心理可接受性。该量表可以揭示图书馆员无形工作的价值,也能表明高校图书馆里创造性组织的水平。


A Contrast Study on Knowledge Activities of Individuals and Organizations at the University Libraries

Abstract:The knowledge activity scales were proposed to assess individual tacit knowledge and organizational knowledge in this study.The knowledge activities of knowledge workers were investigated from two aspects of individual and organization,and university librarians' experience data were also studied.This exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were carried out from the individual and organizational levels.The results show that there are six kinds of concepts at individual level and three kinds of concepts at organizational level.It shows a strong reliable and effective psychological acceptability from the aspects of individual and organization.This scale can reveal the librarian's intangible value of work,also demonstrate the creative inclination level of university library.
