| 摘 要： | 本文以Web of Science数据库中收录的国外反生产行为研究文献作为研究对象，借助可视化分析软件CiteSpace5.0，分别从研究作者及机构、研究热点和研究演进发展3个方面进行分析，以此揭示出该领域的研究现状、特点及发展趋势。研究表明，反生产行为研究正处于发展阶段，近十年反生产行为研究主要可以分四大研究部分：工作绩效、元分析、人格倾向和组织公民行为。

| Abstract: | Taking papers abroad on counterproductive work behavior in Web of Science as research object,we analyze the research status,characteristics and trends in this area according to three aspects including the research authors and institution、research focus and research evolution and development through CiteSpace.This study suggests that counterproductive work behavior is in the development stage.And the four main research topics are the:job performance,meta analysis,personality orientation and organizational citizenship behavior. |
