| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]总结现有的微信公众号现状，研究微信公众号的模式特征，提出微信公众号未来发展的合理建议。方法/过程]运用文献分析法，分别从系统质量、信息质量、服务质量3个方面构建指标体系，科学评价微信公众号的发展模式。结果/结论]信息质量是微信公众号发展过程中的核心，一个好的微信公众号其信息质量必定是得到保障的，未来微信公众号的发展可以在保障信息质量的前提下，结合系统以及服务进一步发展。

| Abstract: | Purpose/Significance] To summarize current situation of WeChat public numbers,the paper studied the characteristics of WeChat public numbers pattern,and gave some reasonable suggestions for the future development of WeChat public numbers.Method/Process] By the method of literature analysis,this paper constructed an index system from three aspects:system quality,information quality and service quality to scientifically evaluate the development pattern of WeChat public numbers.Result/Conclusion] Information quality was the core of WeChat public numbers in the process of development,and a good WeChat public number's information quality must be guaranteed.The future development of WeChat public numbers could make a further development of systems and services under the premise of good information quality. |
