| 摘 要： | 从成本与收益的角度,研究著作权中合理使用的经济效益和社会效益,指出著作权的合理使用不仅可以提高著作权人收益,而且也可以扩大作品的宣传,增加社会公众对著作权作品的接触与利用,有利于社会公共文化的繁荣与发展,符合帕累托标准。为著作权中合理使用制度的修订提供理论参考依据。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of costs and benefits, this paper conducted a study of the economic benefits and social benefits of copyright, it pointed out fair use of copyright could not only increase earnings of copyright owners, but also expand works publicity, increased the public's contact and use of copyright works, thus it was conductive to the prosperity and development of public culture, in line with Pareto Criterion.This research could be a theoretical reference for the revision of copyright fair use system. |
