摘    要:目的]网络舆情爆发容易影响政府公信力造成形象危机,政府应该积极与大众沟通回应舆情。回应策略是政府在舆情事件中应该说什么的问题,现有研究还较缺乏。方法]基于危机情境沟通策略,通过人民网舆情案例库等收集近年来的典型网络舆情事件64例,采用内容分析对案例中政府采用的回应策略进行分析。结论]研究发现,政府回应网络舆情符合SCCT理论的匹配规则,但也有创新回应策略以及策略组合方式,策略组合包括从属策略与主回应策略形成的两种类型,具体策略组合方式需要考虑事件类型、回应时间和回应主体身份。

Content Analysis of the Government's Response Strategy to Online Public Opinion

Abstract:Purpose]Online public opinion could affect the credibility of the government resulting in image crisis,so governments should actively communicate with the public to respond to public opinion.Response strategies is what government speak to public in online public opinion events,but there is a lack of in-depth discussion.Method]Based on the crisis situational communication strategy,64 cases of typical online public opinion were collected through the People.com and other web sites,and the government's response strategies were analyzed by content analysis.Conclusion]The conclusion was that the governments adopted appropriate strategies in line with SCCT theory,and there were some new response strategies used by governments responding to online public opinion.
