| 摘 要： | 引文分析在科研绩效评价和科技管理中发挥着不可或缺的重要作用。美国汤森路透科技信息集团分别于2001年和2011年推出了2个重要的引文分析工具——基本科学指标(Essential Science Indicators, ESI)和InCites数据库。近年来, 应用ESI和InCites数据库进行科研绩效评价越来越普遍, 逐渐成为情报学、科学学和科学技术管理研究的热点。对ESI和InCites数据库的功能和及其在科研绩效评价中的应用研究进行综述。

| Abstract: | Citation analysis plays an essential and important role in the scientific research performance evaluation and the management of science and technique.Thomson Reuters(USA): a group on science information were established two important citation analysis tools in 2001 and 2011, the Essential Science Indicators(ESI)and InCites database, respectively.In recent years, the application of ESI and InCites database in performance evaluation of scientific research is increasingly common, and becoming research hotspots of information science, science and technology management.Therefore, it is necessary to review and summary the function and application studies of ESI and InCites database. |
