摘    要:目的/意义]为了在线健康社区的可持续发展,增强用户粘性,有必要对在线健康社区用户持续使用意愿影响因素进行研究。方法/过程]通过感知收益和感知成本来衡量感知价值,并将感知价值理论结合期望确认模型构建了在线健康社区用户持续使用意愿的结构方程模型,采用问卷调查方法收集数据,利用AMOS 21.0验证模型中的假设。结果/结论]研究结果表明:来源可靠性、信息准确性及时效性的提高能有效提高用户感知收益,进而对感知价值产生正向的影响;而更高的隐私安全性与反馈及时性则能通过降低感知成本提高用户的感知价值;感知有用性和感知价值显著影响用户满意度,进而影响用户持续使用意愿;相比于感知价值,在线健康社区中感知有用性对用户满意度的影响相对较小。

An Investigation on the Users' Continuance Intention in Online Health Community——Based on Perceived Value Theory

Abstract:Purpose/Significance]In order to promote the sustainable development of online health communities and enhance users' continuous intention of using,it is necessary to investigating the influencing factors of users' continuous intention for online healthy communities.Method/Process]The perceived value was measured by perceived the benefit and perceived cost,and the perceived value theory was combined with the expectation confirmation model to construct a structural equation model for the continuous use intention of online healthy community users.The data was collected by questionnaire survey.The paper analyzed the data by AMOS 21.0,and verified the construct and hypotheses of the proposed structure equation model.Result/Conclusion]Results indicated that the improvement of reliability,reliability and timeliness could increase users' perceived benefits and had positive effect on perceived value further.The enhance of privacy and respond speed could positively affect the perceived value via decrease the perceived cost.Perceived usefulness and perceived value could positively affect the continuance intention by increasing customer satisfaction.Compared with perceived value,perceived usefulness had less effect on customer satisfaction in online health community.
