摘    要:目的/意义]针对移动社交媒体倦怠行为进行理论分析,有利于帮助企业或相关组织更好地持续利用社交媒体工具开展相关的业务及公共服务。方法/过程]基于"感知-态度-行为"研究范式,结合计划行为理论、隐私计算理论以及心流理论内容,构建移动社交媒体倦怠行为的影响因素模型,并通过实证研究方法对模型的适用性进行检验。结果/结论]数据分析结果表明,"自我效价"对移动社交媒体态度不存在显著关系;"隐私保护"和"信息过载"对移动社交媒体态度具有显著的负向影响作用;"心流体验"对移动社交媒体态度具有正向的影响作用;"社交媒体态度"对移动社交媒体倦怠具有显著的正向影响作用。

An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors Model of Mobile Social Media Burnout

Abstract:Purpose/significance] According to the theoretical analysis of the mobile social media burnout, it is helpful to help enterprises or related organizations to make better use of social media tools to carry out related business and public services.Method/process] Based on "perceived-attitude-behavior" research paradigm, calculation theory and flow theory combined with the theory of planned behavior, privacy, construct the influencing factor model of burnout behav-ior of mobile social media, and tested through empirical research methods of the applicability of this model.Result/con-clusion] The data analysis results showed that the self potency of mobile social media attitude had no significant relation-ship; "privacy" and "information overload" had a significant negative effect on the mobile social media attitude; flow had positive influence on the attitude of mobile social media; social media had a positive attitude the influence on mobile social media burnout.
