| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]在国内缺乏统一的信息素养标准的情况下，对国外的信息素养标准进行综合研究，可以为今后我国的信息素养标准制定提供参考，同时为文检课教学实践提供指导。方法/过程]不仅从结构上对国外信息素养标准进行分析，更为重要的是分五个方面在内容上对国外信息素养标准进行综合研究，将重复内容进行合并和概括，然后将不同的内容归类整理，并按照逻辑进行陈述。结果/结论]不同的标准在内容上各有侧重点，ACRL于2016年1月11日批准的《高等教育信息素养框架》以信息创造为核心，更适合作为研究生的信息素养标准。综合各种不同版本的信息素养标准，从5个方面概括的关于信息素养的要点可以作为文献信息检索课程的参考性指南。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] Under the lacking of uniform information literacy standard in our country, the comprehensive research on foreign information literacy standards can provide the guidance not only for the enacting of our country's information literacy standard in the future but also for the practice of the course of Literature Information Retrieval.Method/process] This paper did a comprehensive research in terms of the structures and the contents of foreign informa-tion literacies. This paper merged the same contents in each standard into one point, classified the different points, and then stated the main points logically.Result/conclusion] Different standard emphasized different contents, the core of Framework for Information Literacy for Higher Education, which was adopted by ACRL on January 11, 2016, was informa-tion creation, thus, this standard was more suitable for postgraduates. After synthesizing different information standards, the main points in five dimensions of information literacies could be as the guidance of the course of Literature Information Retrieval. |
