| 摘 要： | 本文首先对我国信息获取权研究现状进行总体分析,探寻、总结其研究特点,然后从信息获取权基本理论问题、信息获取权的主体、信息获取权的客体、信息获取权的内容、信息获取权的保障与实现研究5个方面,全面、深入揭示我国信息获取权的研究状况,并就未来的研究方向提出建议。

| Abstract: | Firstly,the thesis included analyzing the present situation of right of access to information in China,seeking and summarizing its characteristics.Then it announced the research status of right of access to information in China from the basic theoretical issues of right of access to information,the subject of right of access to information,the object of right of access to information,the content of right of access to information,researching on the security and realization of right of object of right of access to information.It put forwards some advices for the orientation of prospective research. |
