| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]政务微博与政务新媒体的发展问题是一个新的社会热点与学术议题，对该领域的研究成果进行阶段性梳理，有利于厘清政务微博未来的研究方向，从而推动政务微博在舆论环境、媒体格局、传播方式不断变化的今天更好地发挥应有的作用。方法/过程]文章基于CiteSpace进行文献计量，绘制出政务微博研究科学知识图谱，并结合文献的深度研读，归纳出已有研究的主要内容。结果/结论]研究发现，已有研究形成了较为明显的演化链条："政务微博——政务微信——政务新媒体"，在时间上可划分为较清晰的3个阶段。整体研究呈现出研究对象内涵的不断拓展、研究内容的逐渐丰富、研究方法的更加多元等特征与趋势。未来，就如何构建政务微博制度文化、如何进一步发挥政务微博的服务功能、如何形成与发展微博矩阵或新媒体矩阵、如何搭建政务新媒体政策体系等问题仍需要深入研究。

Review and Prospect of Government Affairs Micro Blog's Decade Development——A Perspective of Literature Review |

| Abstract: | Purpose/Significance]The development of the government affairs micro blog and new media is a hotspot issues.A periodical summarization about the relevant researches can contribute to understanding the future research directions of government affairs micro blog,which promotes the efficiency of government affairs new media while adapting to the changing circumstance of public opinion and communication means.Method/Process]This paper used CiteSpace software and conducted a bibliometric analysis to depict the scientific knowledge map of researches about government affairs micro blog.Combining with a deep understanding of relevant literature,this paper concluded the main contents of relevant researches.Results/Conclusion]The results showed that researches about government affairs micro blog had an obvious evolution chain from government affairs micro blog to government affairs wechat and new media chronologically.The connotation and contents of government affairs micro blog researches expanded and varied,as well as the research methods.The following researches should concentrate on the construction of institutional culture and functions of government affairs micro blog.Meanwhile,how to develop the new media matrix and policy system also deserves more attention. |
