| 摘 要： | 科学数据使用统计是科学数据使用计量的重要构成，是科研学术评价的重要参考依据。对比三类数据使用计量的效果及应用难度，文章认为使用统计计量有良好的可信度和可操作性。在梳理研究现状基础上，文章分析数据使用统计的利益相关方，结合数据自身特点，总结流程，并重点阐述数据收集、规范、清洗、报告等关键流程问题，最后提出思考与建议。

| Abstract: | Scientific data usage statistics is an important form of scientificdata usage metric, is also an important refe rence for academic research evaluation. Comparing the eff ect and diffi culty of application between three kinds of data usage metric, the article deem that usage statistics was reliable and operable simultaneously. Thepage sorted out the research status, and analyzed stakeholders of data usage statistical. Combining with the characteristics of scientificdata, it summarized the process of scientificdata usage statistics, elaborated the key issues in process, such as data collection, data specifi cation, data cleaning and data reporting. Finally, the page summarized a self thinking and off ered some proposals. |
