| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]全面了解移动图书馆用户采纳行为研究现状,有利于深化移动图书馆用户行为理论研究,为提升移动图书馆服务质量提供实践指导。方法/过程]按照内容分析法,本文主要从研究对象、研究设计、理论模型、影响因素等方面对国内移动图书馆用户采纳行为相关文献进行梳理与分析。结果/结论]当前侧重于探究用户采纳移动图书馆的影响因素,后续研究应拓展研究范围、综合运用多种理论模型、注重研究内容的整体化及持续化,进一步动态解释与预测用户行为,提高图书馆移动服务质量。

| Abstract: | Objective/Meaning］Understanding the research status of user adoption behavior of mobile libraries in China will be conducive to deepen the theoretical study,and provide guide for improving the service quality of user adoption behavior of mobile library.Method/Process］According to the content analysis method,this paper sorted and analyzed related domestic literature about mobile library user adoption behavior from the perspective of research object,research design,theoretical model,and influencing factors.Results/Conclusions］Current researches focused on the discussion of factors affecting adoption behavior.In order to enhance mobile library services,future research should predict and explain user behavior in several ways:expansion of research scope,combination of various theoretical models,the integration and sustainability of research content. |
