| 摘 要： | 我国出口产品生态效率偏低，容易招致国外生态反倾销指控。建立以企业为主体，行业协会为支撑，政府为主导，信息服务机构为中介，多元一体，协同联动的竞争情报体系，收集国内外相关情报信息，并进行加工、整理、分析与研究，是有效应对反倾销的重要手段。本文构建了应对生态反倾销的竞争情报体系建设指标，并应用带置信度的灰色聚类评估模型对其进行科学合理地评价，有利于改善企业竞争情报体系的建设现状，提高中国出口企业应对生态反倾销的能力。

| Abstract: | The ecological efficiency of China's export products is generally low,which is easy to be charged for ecological dumping by various countries in the world.Establishing a synergetic competitive intelligence system with enterprises as the main body,industry associations as support,government-led,information service agencies as intermediaries,collecting,processing,arranging,analyzing and researching the relevant information at home and abroad,was an effective way to deal with foreign ecological anti-dumping.The construction index for competitive intelligence system to deal with the ecological anti-dumping,the application of the grey clustering evaluation model with the confidence degree,was beneficial to continuously improve the present situation of the competitive intelligence system,and improved the ability of Chinese export enterprises to cope with the ecological anti-dumping. |
