| 摘 要： | 为研究移动信息服务质量这一图书馆以及用户共同关注的焦点问题,文章基于计划行为理论,构建移动信息服务质量评价指标体系,设计调查问卷对使用移动信息资源的用户进行指标重要度调查,利用加权统计方法对调查结果进行计算获得指标权重,通过模糊综合评价方法对西安科技大学图书馆移动信息服务质量进行评价。研究结果显示,该馆移动信息服务质量处于中等偏上水平,该图书馆还需要在服务手段、移动资源、检索系统、个性化服务等方面加强和创新,提高其移动信息服务水平,从而更好地满足用户的移动信息需求。

| Abstract: | In order to study the mobile information service quality that is addressed by both library and users,based on the Planned Behavior Theory,the paper built an index system for mobile information service quality evaluation,carried out an index importance-degree survey of mobile information resources users using the designed questionnaire,calculated the survey results and obtained the index weight using the weighted statistical method.Adopting the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the mobile information service quality evaluation for Xi'an University of Science and Technology Library is conducted.Research results showed that the mobile information service quality of the library is more than medium.Therefore,the service means,mobile resources,retrieval system,and personalized service of the library should be enhanced and innovated,and the mobile information service should be improved to better satisfy users' demands for mobile information. |
